Travel Vaccinations

The Practice/Treatment Room Nurses will see patients requiring advice and vaccines, within their normal treatment room clinics which are held daily. If you plan to travel abroad please collect from the surgery, in advance of your appointment, a travel form for completion or you may download one – please click here. Once this form has been received at the Surgery, you may contact the Practice to make an appointment to discuss the vaccinations needed.

Please note:  Travel vaccines need to be given at least two weeks before you are planning to travel to be fully effective.  As appointments are often limited, please make sure you contact us well in advance of your holiday to ensure we can allocate you a convenient appointment.

Sunnyside Surgery is a registered Yellow Fever Centre. A charge is made for this vaccination and will include any required certificate and administration fee. There is also a charge for duplicate certificate/s.  Anti-malarial prescriptions are also charged for.

A full list of charges for non NHS services is available at reception or click here.
